1) How can I get my goods delivered ?
We deliver to the address of your choice (home, work, holiday home), in France and worldwide.
Your order is processed as soon as it is validated, Monday–Friday.
Consequently, please note that no changes can be made to the delivery address once your order has been placed.
The average time to receive your parcel in mainland France is 4–5 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
When you order over the Internet, you are often in a hurry to receive the product, which is why we do everything possible to make sure you always receive your products as quickly as possible.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you automatically receive an e-mail to tell you and giving you the parcel tracking number. You can then track your parcel at any time on the websites for So Colissimo (socolissimo.fr) or Mondial Relay (mondialrelay.fr).

Delivery to your door
Your parcel will be handed to you personally. If you are not there, the delivery driver will leave an Attempted Delivery slip that will allow you to go and collect the parcel in your local Post Office. Don’t hesitate to have your parcel delivered to the office if you won’t be home, or even to a neighbour or friend.
My cityssimo space
Delivery to one of the Cityssimo spaces in France. Parcels kept for 10 working days.
My Post Office
Delivery to one of the 10,000 Post Offices in France. Parcels kept for 10 working days.
My local shop
Delivery to one of 3,000 local businesses in France. Parcels kept for 10 working days.
How much does So Colissimo delivery cost?
For any order, your fixed delivery charge is € 5€ by So Colissimo (includes handling, packing, shipping, delivery, and tracking of your order).
- Mondial Relay:
The pick-up points represent local businesses (grocer’s, dry-cleaner’s, bookshops) throughout France. So you can request delivery to one of these places and go and collect your parcel at your convenience, during the opening hours of the store you have chosen.
How much does the delivery cost?
For any order, your fixed delivery charge is € 3€ (includes handling, packing, shipping, delivery, and tracking of your order).
When your product is received by the store you have chosen, you receive an e-mail to tell you your product is available. Do please wait for this confirmation, to avoid an unnecessary trip to the Kiala pick-up point!
You then have a maximum of 14 days to collect your parcel. Don’t forget to bring your ID card when you come to collect your parcel.
3) What are the return conditions ?

You’ve ordered an article that in the end you don’t like, or you’ve simply changed your mind?
We undertake to refund you.
Refunds will be made if the article is returned in saleable condition, i.e. unworn and returned in its original packaging, within 14 days of receipt.
During ‘sales’ periods, the return period is 14 days.

With regard to the heels on our shoes, the heights mentioned on our website are indicative values. These are measured using a size 37 model and always on the inside of the heel so as to reflect the height perceived at the level of the arch of the foot and the rest of the body. Please note that there may be a difference of up to 2.5 cm between a size 37 and a size 41. Furthermore, there may be a difference of 2 or 3 cm between the height calculated on the inside of the heel and that calculated on the outside for the same shoe size, since on the outside, the height of the sole is taken into account, but this is not reflected at the level of the body.
